Patrick Lewis facilitates the integration of various systems, including sensors, robotics and data acquisition. Lewis supports multiple areas of research that are critical to the WVRTC development plan. These areas include machine vision, software development and robot teleoperation procedures. He is also responsible for maintaining the safety protocol for full-scale, hardware-in-the-loop robotic testing.
Lewis is a graduate of West Virginia University and his background is in computer science and electrical engineering with a focus in software development.
